I work with children, young people, adults and families from all walks of life. You don’t need to have a “big reason” if something feels heavy, confusing or just too much, that’s enough
That’s totally okay. You don’t need to have the right words or know what to say. Our first session is about gently getting to know each other. We go at your pace, and nothing is off-limit
Yes. I offer in-person, online and telephone sessions, so we can find what works best for you and your life. I also do Walk and Talk.
Sessions usually last 50 minutes. Some people come weekly, others less often we’ll figure out a session plan that feels right for you.
You can book a free 15-minute call to talk things through. There’s no pressure just a chance to see if it feels like a good fit.
Fees are normally £40 per session however for children and young people there is a 25% discount. There can sometimes be a milage surcharge and a small fee if I have to hire an office space.
I’ll always be upfront and transparent, however if cost is a barrier, let’s talk about options.
Yes. Everything you share is confidential, unless there’s a serious risk of harm to you or someone else. I’ll explain this clearly at the start so you feel safe and informed.
